  • The C11 operates crosstown between L'Enfant Plaza and National Harbor, connecting with Waterfront Station, Navy Yard-Ballpark Station, and Anacostia Station. Operating 24 hours a day, it uses the 11th Street Bridge, Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue SE, S Capitol Street, and Indian Head Highway to serve portions of Hillsdale, Congress Heights, Bellevue, Forest Heights, and the Oxon Hill Park & Ride. From midnight to 4 a.m., service operates only between L'Enfant and Eastover. The C11 follows a route similar to the former P6 route between M Street SW/Delaware Avenue SW and Anacostia Station.

  • The C13 operates crosstown between Anacostia Station and Eastover Shopping Center via Washington Highlands.   • The C15 operates crosstown between Potomac Avenue Station and Southern Avenue Station, following the former B2 route between Potomac Avenue Station and Anacostia Station. The C15 follows a route similar to the former A2 and A6 routes along Southern Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue SE.   • The C17 operates crosstown between Anacostia Station and Eastover Shopping Center.   • The C37 operates crosstown between Minnesota Avenue Station and Potomac Avenue Station. It offers east-west service in Northeast and Southeast D.C., connecting Lincoln Heights, Marshall Heights, and Benning Road.   • The C41 operates crosstown between W Hyattsville Station and Anacostia Station. Operating 24 hours a day, it primarily uses Bladensburg Road NE to provide service to Queens Chapel Town Center, Mt Rainier Terminal, Stadium-Armory Station, and Potomac Avenue Station. The C41 follows a route similar to the former B2 route but travels to Capitol Hill via the 11th Street Bridge instead of the Sousa Bridge. It also extends to W Hyattsville Station, providing new direct connections to the Brentwood, Castle Manor, and Kirkwood neighborhoods.

  • The C43 operates crosstown between Carver Terrace, near the National Arboretum and Union Station. Primarily following Maryland Avenue NE, it provides service to Stanton Park in Capitol Hill, the Carver-Langston area, and Massachusetts Avenue.   • The C51 operates crosstown between Tenleytown-AU Station and Anacostia Station, providing direct connections to Potomac Av Station, Massachusetts Avenue SE, Union Station, Woodley Park-Zoo/Adams Morgan Station, and Tenleytown-AU Station. The C51, along with the C53, replace the former 90 route.   • The D1X operates a limited-stop service between Naylor Road Station and Archives Station. It provides service to portions of Hillcrest and Randle Highlands, following Pennsylvania Avenue SE through Capitol Hill to connect with Potomac Avenue Station and Eastern Market Station, then reaching downtown via Independence Avenue SW. The D1X is a shortened version of the former 36 route but no longer serves Potomac Park, Foggy Bottom-GWU Station, Farragut Square or McPherson Square Station.

The D70 follows a route similar to the former 42 route along Connecticut Avenue NW. It also follows a route similar to the former L2 route, except for the Calvert Street NW and Columbia Road NW segments, as the D70 travels entirely on Connecticut Avenue NW.
