Join the annual Kenmore Middle School Cougar 5K. Conquer the beautiful USATF certified 5K course in Bluemont Park that traverses the Four Mile Run and Washington and Old Dominion trails. This fast, mostly flat route will give you a great workout in one of Arlington's most beautiful parks. The race starts at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, June 11, 2023. USATF Certified 5k course. Registration is required. The Car-Free Diet team will be there to answer you transit, walk and bike questions. Stop by and say hi.
