Dominion Hills Neighborhood Walkabout

When: 3:00-5:00 p.m. (RAIN OR SHINE)
Where: Begins and ends at Mace Park, on the east side of Patrick Henry Drive, between 10th Road North and the Four Mile Run Trail, just south of the Patrick Henry Drive bridge over I-66
Who: Open to the public; all ages welcomed
Fee: Free; registration is not required

What: WALKArlington's newest Walkabout route wanders the rolling west Arlington neighborhood of Dominion Hills. On June 1, Arlington County Board Chairman and Dominion Hills resident J. Walter Tejada will lead a "live" Walkabout of the neighborhood. Speakers will share anecdotes about the neighborhood's unique history, cultural resources, recereational opportunities, and natural features at nine stops along the two-mile, two-hour route. The Walkabout will take place rain or shine.
