The Blossom Kite Festival is a long-standing tradition of the National Cherry Blossom Festival. With kite flying locations throughout the region, this event encourages attendees of all ages to fly kites among the cherry blossom trees. The event is fun, free and open to the public. Come out to Virginia Highlands Park and fly your kite! The Car-Free Diet team will be there to answer your transit, bike and walk questions. Stop by and show us your kite.
