Arlington Youth Multisport Festival

When: 7:30 am Start - Both Days
Where:  Washington-Lee High School, 1301 N Stafford Street, Arlington
Who:  Ages 7 to 15
Fee: Athletes who sign up for the Splash 'n Dash event will be eligible for $10 off the registration price of the 2014 Arlington Triathlon. Registration is required.

What:  The Arlington Youth Multisport Festival is a 2-day event featuring the Arlington Triathlon Club Splash & Dash and the Arlington Triathlon -- both kids-only events.

The aquathlon is part of the USA Triathlon National Splash 'n Dash Series, a 50- event program designed to introduce children to multi-sport through fast, fun events. This event features a pool swim and a largely track run.

Both events are produced by Triathlon Family USA, Inc., the team that runs Arlington's school-based youth triathlon program, events and camps. The races are intended o encourage children to have fun while participating in physical activities. The swim-bike-run disciplines of triathlon are life-long sports that support a healthy lifestyle from childhood through adulthood.
