Join us every Tuesday night from 7:00pm to 8:30pm for interactive and informative discussions on everything you need to know about biking in Arlington.
Each session will address one of the following topics:
Two Wheel Safety Tips: Get some tips on safe biking so you can ride in traffic with confidence
Equipment, Clothing & Gear: Choose the right bike for you with expert advice on bike fitting and equipment selection and learn how to stay comfortable with the right clothing and gear
Routes & Directions: Figure out how to get where you want to go by bike with experienced rider recommendations on route selection and routing tools
We'll have a door prize at each event (previous prizes have included an annual Capital Bikeshare membership, a messenger bag, a bike computer, and gift cards to local shops in Arlington), free refreshments, and advice from the experts! Our special guest this month for Two Wheel Safety Tips hails from the Washington Area Bicyclists Association and has much experience and wisdom to shed on riding your bike in traffic. Our other guests are TBD, so stay tuned!
If you're still yearning for more after the session is over, worry not! We will continue the discussion over a cold beverage and munchies at the nearby William Jeffery's Tavern!
