wouldn’t you rather have me ride a vehicle driven by an adult, professional driver than one driven by a friend who just got her license?

arlington county is doing a lot to teach teens about riding transit—i can learn about how to find the right bus or train, make transfers, and stay safe all on this website, plus there’s a display with local transit maps and information at my school.

“it’s cheap”
as of january 2007, ART only charges 60¢ for teens—so i won’t even need a raise in my allowance. (are you sure you want to tell your parents this one?)
