Schedules are now available for Northern Virginia Metrobus routes, Virginia Railway Express (VRE), and these Northern Virginia local bus services: ART, CUE, DASH, Fairfax Connector, and Loudoun County Transit.
These schedules are also available for your desktop or laptop computer on the Schedules for Northern Virginia Transit Systems page.
You can sign up to be notified by email when schedules change. Go to the Schedules for Northern Virginia Transit Systems page to select the transit systems and routes you want to receive notifications for.

Data Layers for Layar Reality Browser
Layar Reality Browser uses a combination of the phone’s camera, compass and GPS data to identify the user’s location, retrieve data about the user’s surroundings, and overlay that information over the camera view.
Layar is currently compatible with Android devices and iPhone 3GS and newer. (Check the Layar site for the latest compatibility information.)
Data layers are available to show ART-Arlington Transit bus stop locations with ART RealTime arrival information, Capital Bikeshare locations with bike and dock availability information, and WalkArlington Walkabout points of interest.
To use these tools, download Layar at www.layar.com and then search for “Arlington” to find the ART, Capital Bikeshare, and WalkArlington data layers.
Schedules for Palm OS and Windows Mobile
With many Palm-based devices with wireless web access you can download schedules directly. Point your Palm's web browser to www.commuterpage.com and select Schedules from the top menu.

How to Install Palm Applications
Depending on your hardware and software configuration you may be able to install the application simply by clicking on the link, opening the file, and following the on-screen instructions. If this does not work on your computer, follow these steps:
1. Download the application using the form above.
2. From the Save As dialog, select a folder on your local drive in which to place the file.
3. Start the Palm Install Tool: In Windows, click Start, then select Install Tool from the Palm Desktop menu (or open the Install Tool from within the Palm Desktop program). On Macintosh, run HotSync Manager, and use the Install Handheld Files menu item.
4. Click the Add button.
5. Select the file you downloaded from the folder you selected in step 2.
6. The application will be installed the next time you synchronize your Palm. You can then run it from the Palm applications menu.
