Services for EmployersIt seems you hear about it every day: growing congestion and lessening mobility are creating a nationwide transportation dilemma. More of us are driving alone, making more trips each day, and driving further to get to work. Traffic is increasing faster than the population, and four times as fast as road capacity.

This increasing congestion is leading to longer and more stressful commutes for your employees, which can have a serious impact on your business in terms of workforce access, recruitment, morale, and productivity.
"Congestion is making it harder and harder for this nation to go about its business."
-Rep. Don Young Chair, House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee Throughout the country, employers and communities are responding to the growing challenges and impacts of commuting by participating in Commuter Choice, a nationwide partnership designed to help employers create customized solutions to their employees' commuting challenges. Commuter Choice is a system of alternatives to driving alone, including: - A balanced array of transportation services
- Commuter information
- Employer-provided commuter benefits
Commuter Choice is an essential part of our region's transportation system; one-third of commuters take advantage of Commuter Choice daily. As a local provider of Commuter Choice, Arlington Transportation Partners (ATP) provides a multitude of services to help you and your company develop a viable, effective, and cost-saving Commuter Choice program.
"Arlington Transportation Partners' employer services have helped us recruit and retain our most valuable asset: employees. Alternative transportation programs reduce the cost and stress of commuting. The result is lower recruitment and employee turnover expenses for our company."
