How ATP Works With You
Transportation costs, traffic congestion, and other aspects of commuting impact the well-being of your workforce and affect your business in ways you may not realize. Some of these translate into direct, hard-dollar costs while others are less tangible but present very real costs to your business. Arlington Transportation Partners (ATP) works with you to help off-set these costs by helping you implement commuter benefits programs at your company. We can help you develop commuter programs that benefit both your employees and your organization.
ATP's goal is to make developing commuter benefits programs as simple as possible. Our staff of commuter transportation specialists will work with you to: - Analyze - Using our employee surveys, we assess your business needs as they relate to transportation. We will also raise awareness of commuting concerns and help assess their impact on your business.
- Plan - We work with you to create a customized Commuter Benefits Plan.
- Implement - We facilitate a step-by-step implementation process to ensure both you and your employees benefit from the commuter benefits programs.
- Inform - We provide information on all transportation services in the region. If we don't know the answer, we will find someone who does.
- Market - We help market your commuter benefits through brochures, transportation information displays, kick-off events, promotions, etc. We can also help you develop marketing materials specific to your organization, such as promotional e-mails, intranet pages, etc.
- Support - We provide ongoing support for your Commuter Benefits Coordinator. (This is the person you select from your company to administer your commuter benefits.)
