Community Transportation Survey

Understanding your residents' transportation habits, attitudes and needs is the key to selecting the Community Transportation Programs best suited for your complex or area.  

ATP's Community Transportation Survey serves as an excellent tool for acquiring important transportation-related information from your residents such as their commuting habits, transit usage, perceptions about the community's accessibility, how far they travel to get to work and their work zip code. The survey also gathers information on your residents' willingness to switch transportation modes if they were provided services such as:

• A guaranteed ride home when an emergency arises
• Transit route and schedule information
• A shuttle from your community to the nearest Metrorail station
• A bus stop closer to your community
• Assistance in finding a carpool or vanpool
• Bicycle storage facilities
• A free trial transit ride
• A bus shelter
• A monthly transit benefit from their employer.

Once the survey results are tallied, ATP provides you with a detailed report complete with recommendations of the Community Transportation Programs best suited for your community.

Arlington Transportation Partners will provide the surveys for you to distribute to your residents. You collect the completed surveys and send them back to ATP for tallying. We'll take care of the rest.
