Arlington Transportation Partners (ATP) respects the privacy of every individual who visits our Web site. Our privacy policy is as follows:
General Privacy:
Access to and use of ATP's Web site, except for participation in the My Rewards program, does not require the disclosure of any personal information.
My Rewards Information:
Participation in ATP's My Rewards program requires you to voluntarily provide us with some personal information; such as your name, your business' name and address, your business e-mail address, etc. Information on the commuter benefits programs your company has implemented is also required.
For the purposes of administering the My Rewards program and evaluating the effectiveness of commuting programs in the region, the information you provide as a My Rewards member may be shared with other Arlington County agencies, the Virginia Department of Rail and Public Transportation, and the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments. These agencies may share the information with other local, state, and Federal agencies. Mailing and contact information will not be freely distributed, and ATP will share contact information only when necessary. No information will be distributed to the private industry, nor will ATP sell the data.
To ensure that your My Rewards information is correct, you can view and/or update your information at any time by following the Account Information link in your My Rewards Profile.
Cookies:
Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that are transferred to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser. When you login to My Rewards you will get a temporary cookie. This cookie contains your My Rewards username and password, and enables you to switch back and forth between various My Rewards screens without having to do a separate login for each.
The cookie will:
- Remember your User ID and password.
- Expire if there is no activity for 30 minutes.
- Delete itself when you sign out.
