The Telework Advisory Network
Arlington Transportation Partners is pleased to announce an exciting new service:
The Telework Advisory Network. This unique program was created as an
opportunity for Arlington County employers to obtain peer advice to start or
formalize telework programs. Telework, the ability to work from home or a satellite
office, is a progressive benefit that meets the needs of today’s competitive
business environment. The Telework Advisory Network enables employers to
receive from a major Arlington County employer, information and advice about
setting up a telework program. The Marasco Newton Group has a successful,
established telework program in place.
How will this program help your business?
Employees want to telework. To stay competitive, employers need to offer
progressive benefits like telework. This service will provide basic information to
get started or fill in the gaps of your program. More and more employers let their
employees telework. However, many employers need help formalizing their
programs. The free Telework Advisory Network will provide information about the
benefits of telework, drafting telework agreements, developing internal policies
and procedures, telework selection criteria, and basic technical considerations.
How does it work?
If you would like to start or formalize a telework program, contact Arlington Transportation Partners (ATP). One of our Employer Services Representatives will provide information, sample forms, reference material, and answers to your general questions. Should you need more specific guidance from The Marasco Newton Group, ATP staff will make the referral. Contact ATP today at 703.247.9299 or solutions@transpartners.com to take advantage of this innovative service. If you
would like to share expertise and knowledge about your telework program with
other Arlington County employers, please contact ATP to join the Telework
Advisory Network as an advisor. We thank The Marasco Newton Group for its
participation.
