Lee Highway

Lee Highway is a major east-west corridor in Arlington. Like Columbia Pike, the Lee Highway/ North Arlington urban village is not centered on a Metrorail station, but rather is a continuum of neighborhoods along the corridor. Metrobus, ART, and the Custis Trail link the neighborhoods to each other and provide access to Metrorail. Arlington's urban villages are walkable, mixed-use neighborhoods well served by public transportation. People who live in these neighborhoods are able to walk to shopping or to restaurants and hop on Metrorail, Metrobus or ART when they need to go anywhere else in the Washington Metro area.
