Programs for Seniors and Persons With DisabilitiesADA Accessibility: All ART buses are fully accessible with wheelchair lifts and priority seating. TDD is available for the hearing impaired through the Virginia Relay Center at 1-800-828-1120. Senior Center Adult Transportation (SCAT) is a pre-arranged shared-ride service transporting Arlington seniors between home and Senior Center in their zone. Specialized Transit for Arlington Residents (STAR) is Arlington's pre-arranged reserved trip service for persons with disabilities. Super Senior Taxi (SST) is a subsidized transportation program for Arlington County residents 70 years of age and over.
