			<description><![CDATA[The Virginia Department of Rail and Public Transportation (DRPT) has announced the second set of public meetings for the <a href="http://www.supernovatransitvision.com/index.html">Super NoVa Transit/Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Vision Plan</a>. Based on public and stakeholder input from meetings held in February 2012, the team has extensively studied existing and future regional travel demand, land use, population, and employment information and identified gaps in existing services and mobility programs as well as has identified areas of potential need. Citizens are invited to learn more about the study by attending one of <a href="http://www.commuterpage.com/eventdetail.cfm?eventID=1564">three public meetings</a>, to be held in Triangle, Front Royal, and Arlington, VA.
